At Head over Heels Pilates I run Pilates classes and Barre classes in local venues in Claygate and Long Ditton.
My classes are suitable for experienced Pilates lovers, beginners and everyone in-between, including pre and post-natal women.
My STOTT training has it routes in classical Pilates but I also like to teach a more contemporary style, incorporating small equipment like Pilates balls and resistance bands for variety and challenge.
My classes are intentionally small, maximum 7 per class. This is so that can plan my classes to the individual needs and goals of the participants.
I am closely watching to ensure everyone is getting the most of the session and working to the best of their ability.

Pilates is a system of exercises created in the 1920's. The precise movements strengthen and lengthen muscles creating a strong core and ease of movement that feels fantastic.
I teach all the classes at Head Over Heels Pilates Claygate. I am not and athlete or an ex-dancer, just a normal person who tried Pilates and fell in love! I qualified with STOTT Pilates 14 years ago. Since qualifying I have taken further qualifications including training as a Barre instructor and becoming a women's health specialist thro

I qualified with STOTT Pilates 14 years ago. Since qualifying I have taken further qualifications including training as a Barre instructor and becoming a women's health specialist through the Centre for Women's Fitness. I am passionate about wellness as a whole and so have also gained an advanced diploma in nutrition.
I truly believe that practicing Pilates benefits everybody regardless of fitness level, age or experience. Pilates is an amazing system of movements, many of my clients report feeling huge benefits soon after they start, but the exercises must be done correctly to really feel the benefit. For this reason I keep my class numbers small (maximum 7 ) so that I can watch everybody and offer individual corrections.
From my living room to yours, zoom classes are strictly limited in numbers so that I can still watch you closely and offer personal feedback.

Pilates can improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and coordination. It can also help reduce stress and tension, alleviate back pain, and improve overall body awareness.
The majority of my classes are in person in Claygate or Long Ditton. I offer these at a variety of levels. Please contact me to discuss which class would be best for you.
On Tuesday morning I also run a Barre Class called "Pilates Glow". This is high energy fusion of barre and Pilates.
I run an evening Zoom class for those who prefer to workout at home
Classes are bookable by term which vary in length, but they work out as £12 a class. Zoom classes work out as £9 class.
No, my classes are tailored and planned to meet the needs of the participants. I also keep classes very small to give individual attention which would be impossible on a pay as you go basis.
